Morning :)  Another day of card making today and possibly finishing off a quilt I am making too, if I get time.  Today's card is pink themed, my favourite colour :)

Again I used Vintage Wallpaper to emboss the card (spritzed with shimmer mist) and used a stamp from Mixed Bunch for the flower with a vintage feel to it (had to cut it out as the punch is on my order list)
I finished it off with a sentiment from the hostess stamp set, Happiest Birthday Wishes.
I'll be busy this weekend, got a Summer Fair on Saturday (more details tomorrow) and have booked a table at Wimborne Market on Sunday.  First time there so very interested to see how it goes, hopefully if it goes well, I could make it a more regular thing.
Right, thats it for now, have a good day everyone :)

Afternoon, hope you're all having a good day today.  We are having a quiet one today, catching up on paperwork and making a few cards to put on Etsy :)  Here is one of the cards I made today:

I wanted to reacquaint myself with my favourite embossing folder, Vintage Wallpaper, and my favourite stamp set, Vintage Vogue.  I love the combination of black and red, they work so well together.
I stamped the image using Perfect Plum ink and spritzed the black card with a Shimmer Mist spray.

and finished it off with a lovely red ribbon tied in a bow.

Not long til the end of the month and the dsp offer ending :(  I will be putting in an order at the end of the week, so please message me with anything you would like to order.  Remember also that till the end of the month I am offering a flat rate of £1.50 for orders, or free if you can come collect it from me :)  I look forward to hearing from you.

Be my Valentine :-)

Bit early for that question, I know, but I thought I'd give you all a bit of time to get your cards made and in the post lol.  We had a quiet day today.  Popped into Christchurch for a little mooch about this afternoon, George wanted to go to Argos to spend his pocket money and bought himself some Star Wars lego.  He has spent the rest of the afternoon playing with his lego on the floor of the living room.  Not much time for making cards, but have been planning a design for a commission that I have been asked to make for someone this week.

Today's card is Valentine's inspired, I love the two pinks, Pretty in Pink and Pink Pirouette, in the Subtles Collection, and I think works well with the green and the blue too.  For this one I used the embossing folder, Vintage Wallpaper, which is my favourite embossing folder from Stampin' Up!  I added ribbon to jazz the card up.  Stampin' Up! has a wide range of ribbons and they are great value for money too.
