Helloooo, its been a while, hasn't it  Last week was suddenly summer time, so was too nice to stay indoors.  Plus I have been busy completing orders on the sewing side, so the card making got a bit neglected :(  But no matter, I am back again today with a card for you to look at:

Today is the last day you will be able to order Everyday Enchantment dsp *sniff*, that is if there is still any in stock though :D and the last day you will be able to get the lovely brad and ribbon pack.
As you can see, I have used one of the lovely brads on this card to accentuate the bird cage.  I love the Aviary stamp set still, I don't use it often enough.
Please message me by 9 tonight to get your order in and keep your eyes peeled tomorrow for another stunning offer from Stampin' Up!

Its torch relay day in Bournemouth today, it is staying the night too.  There's going to be an event on the beach tonight but we won't be going, kind of glad that we're not with the soggy weather :)  Tomorrow the torch is heading out again at 8am-ish and will coming past the end of our road, so we'll be popping down to have a look.  Quite looking forward to it, certainly a once in a lifetime event I think so worth the early start.  If I manage to get a good photo, I will post it tomorrow :)

Back to Everyday Enchantment dsp today, this paper goes so well with the in-colour card and inks, it is easy to colour co-ordinate :)  I chose to use Calypso Coral for this card for the backing card and the stamp.  I love the in-colours, they are bright and versatile.
The stamp is from Vintage Vogue and for an extra flourish I used the lovely organdy ribbon that is in the Everyday Enchantment brad and ribbon pack that you can get for FREE when you spend over £45 on your order (see sticky post above for more details).
Most of the cards I showcase here are available for sale on my Etsy page (there is a tab up there ^^^ that takes you to it), plus other items too :)

Right, must get ready now to take Aunty Marg to John Lewis, speak to you all soon.

Morning all, thought I'd do an early blog this morning, lots to do today, shopping for Aunty Marg and some quilting that needs to be finished so I can get the binding done, really want the quilt finished for next weekend.  Also got some cushion covers to do too, so quite busy at the moment.  Doesn't stop me fitting in making one or two cards though :)
This card uses Everyday Enchantment DSP for the flower (punched using the new 'blossom' punch which can be found in the Summer Mini and corresponds with the Mixed Bunch stamp set)
The middle of the flower comprises a stamp from the Mixed Bunch stamp set and a brad from the Everyday Enchantment Ribbon and Brad pack, I finished it off with a happy birthday sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes.

That's it from me, got to go get dressed and get on with the day :)  Have a good one and speak to you again soon :)

Hi there, waiting (not very) patiently for my Stampin' Up! order to arrive.  So looking forward to the Everyday Enchantment brads and ribbons pack and have a play :)  Hoping that it comes before lunch because we are going out to see friends after lunch, but tomorrow is completely free, so I don't mind too much if its a day late :D
Today's card is another using the lovely Everyday Enchantment DSP and one of my favourite stamp sets, Vintae Vogue.  I will post a picture later (or tomorrow) with the sentiment that I'm going to use, as like yesterday, I am waiting until my new sentiment stamp set comes.
Edit:  here is the card with the sentiment:
 and a close up:

Remember Everyday Enchantment DSP is only available to order this month (July) and only while stocks last so message me soon to get your order in :)  I look forward to hearing from you.

We popped to Southampton today as I felt I was long overdue an Ikea visit :) and we chose a great day to go because today was the day that the seven cruise ships from P&O would be moored in Southampton Docks for a celebration of 175 years of business, so we got to see four of them while sat eating lunch in Ikea's restaurant.  George diligently counted the lifeboats on the ones we could see to check that they had enough (does it show that we did a lot of research about the Titanic this year lol)  The one below is the Oceana:
and this one is the Oriana (apologies for the picture quality, it was a horrid dull day and taking pictures from a distance on a mobile phone through a window all conspired against us lol)
I still had time to make a card to blog today too ;)  I am making the most of the Everyday Enchantment DSP and can't wait for my order of brads and ribbons to arrive later this week :)
I have left the card sentiment-less for now as I have ordered another sentiment stamp set and will add the sentiment when it arrives.
I used a stamp from the Bright Blossoms stamp set for the vase and used two Framelit dies, both of which can be found in the fab summer mini catalogue.

Right, I am being hassled by Grumpy Louis cat who is making it near impossible to type, so I'll be off now :) Speak to you all soon,

What a thoroughly horrid day today :(  I am starting to really wonder where our summer has gone, because at the moment it is like winter.  Anyway, a little ray of sunshine for me is that Everyday Enchantment DSP is back for July.  I am so pleased because it is one of my favourites :)  Today's card is a thank you card:

Unfortunately the stamp is no longer available :(  Another one from S-A-B that I used a lot. The sentiment stamp however is still available and is from the stamp set, For Everything, which is in the main catty.
That's it from me, lots of washing to do, George's cadet kit needs doing ready for this week's meeting.  Hope you all have a good day, whatever you are up to :)

Morning all! and what a beautiful morning it is too :-)  The sun is shining and the cats are vying for the biggest space in the living room where the sun hits lol, they are such sun worshippers.  This morning we are off to the swimming pool again, the boys love to go swimming and we are going to try to make it a regular thing for them. Last week they were in the pool for over two hours and in the end we had to get them out.  So we'll see what happens today.  Would love to go off for a little walk afterwards maybe, enjoy the sunshine somewhere.

So, today's make isn't a card, but a gorgeous wallhanging picture (not quite sure what to call it):
I absolutely adore it :-)  I chose the colour scheme myself.  I decided on Concord Crush, Poppy Parade and Pear Pizzazz and love how they work together.  I think I may have to buy some and use them some more.  I also used paper from the dsp Everyday Enchantment (one of the free products in the Sale-A-Bration brochure).  I will take some up close pictures and blog more about it tomorrow :-)
